VISIT is an Online resource for secondary school teachers who wish to develop and refine their geospatial technology(GIS) skills. Teachers are encouraged to participate in ongoing scientific investigations involving contemporary problems in their localities. These problems are investigated by applying geospatial analysis technologies. VISIT is a three-year project supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation Teacher Enhancement program.
